Wayne Rooney has been the biggest name to emerge from Everton football club's youth system of recent years, now the name on the lips of the Goodison Park faithful is Ross Barkley.

The England Under-21 midfielder is starting to turn heads as he forces his way into the Everton first team line-up. With Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere becoming an England regular of late, it is surely time before Barkley lines up alongside him.
